The Science of Learning
Meets the Art of Teaching
Our approach to teaching and learning is grounded in scientific research and decades of experience. We offer an education system designed with specific programs and services for kids with learning disabilities and attention challenges. We are also working to close the literacy gap in the Twin Cities and beyond by partnering with schools to share our evidence-based approach to literacy instruction.
Groves Learning Center™
Turning Challenges Into Opportunities
It’s hard on everyone when children struggle in school. Groves Learning Center offers diagnostic services to identify your student’s unique challenges and recommend solutions. We also provide tutoring, speech and language services, as well as summer programs, to help students turn these challenges into opportunities for success.
Education Designed for Each Student
Our school is focused on meeting students where they are in their academic journey. We understand that the needs of students with learning disabilities and attention disorders vary greatly from one student to the next. Our curriculum is designed to support students in 1st–12th grade with diverse learning styles and skill levels, who are capable of learning but need a different way to learn.
Groves Literacy Partnerships®
Partnering to Improve Literacy Instruction
Our evidence-based approach to learning and literacy is so effective, we’ve made it our mission to share these teaching methods with schools throughout the community. Over the course of a three-year Groves Literacy Partnership, we certify teachers as literacy instructors for students in Pre-K–3rd grade. Together, we leverage the power of sound instruction and our proven methods for instructional sustainability to advance literacy instruction for students everywhere.
