Charles has 50 years of hospitality experience. Charles was an Executive Chef for Omni Hotels and a General Manager of Blue Point, Manny’s Steakhouse, Buca, and The California Café. For the past 13 years, he has been in school service.

Hobbies: 

Charles enjoys photography, coin collecting, gardening, and the farmer’s market.
