Tuition & Affordability
Groves Academy is committed to serving families from a wide range of economic means. Enrolling a bright, talented student body while maintaining very small class sizes is critical to our success in serving the needs of students with learning disabilities and attention disorders.
Groves Academy raises funds each year for scholarships to help meet the needs of families who could not otherwise afford a Groves education.
Tuition for the 2019-2020 school year is $31,420 for students in Lower School, $32,050 for students in Middle School and $32,590 for students in Upper School. The tuition fee at Groves Academy includes tuition, books, and testing. An additional technology fee ($350) is required. Optional expenses may include speech/language services, lunch fees, school and class trips and events, and after school activities. Tuition may be paid in either two or ten equal installments.
Financial aid at Groves Academy is offered through TADS. Financial aid scholarships are based on financial need. New families can receive up to 65% of their assessed financial need; returning families receive a slightly higher percentage. This year Groves will award more than $1,250,000 in financial aid.
Estimates of financial aid are processed through TADS only for families who have applied for enrollment, and awards are not finalized until all paperwork is complete.
Approximately 30% of Groves Academy families receive partial financial aid each year.
