Busing

For 2012-13, Groves Academy has several bus route options that include:

• Stops in St. Louis Park at your home or corner
• Stops in the Edina area at your home or corner
• Stops along the Breck School bus route

Groves Academy students who live in St. Louis Park can take a St. Louis Park bus to and from school. There is no fee for this service, but parents must contact the St. Louis Park school district to arrange transportation.

Groves Academy students who live in Edina can take an Edina School Bus to and from school. The annual cost of the Edina bus service is $1,200 for transportation to and from school.  Before school only and after school only bus service are also available at a reduced fee.

Groves Academy also has an agreement with Breck School for students who live along a Breck bus route.  Groves Academy students can ride the Breck bus from their neighborhood to Breck.  At Breck, students change buses and then are taken to Groves Academy.  The cost for one year of Breck bus service is approximately $1,980. Carpooling

Carpooling is an option for many Groves families.  Parents of enrolled children are encouraged to contact families in their area to set up carpooling groups.  Parents who are interested in setting up a carpool group should email Groves Academy's transportation coordinator Amy Luffey at luffeya@grovesacademy.org or call 952-920-6377 for assistance.
