Matching Gifts
Matching Gifts are gifts from companies that match contributions made to Groves Academy by their current and retired employees...a great way to multiply your gift.

Stock
A gift of appreciated stock or real estate you have owned for more than one year will generate a tax deduction based upon fair market value without any capital gains tax liability. Such gifts are deductible up to 30% of your adjusted gross income.

United Way
Groves Academy qualifies as a nonmember agency through the United Way and may be designated as your contribution of choice through their Donor Choice Program. Simply write "Groves Academy" on the line marked "other." Please note that up to 15% may be deducted from your donation by the United Way to help cover their administration, fundraising and other costs.

Memorial and Honorary Gifts
Gifts may be given in memory or in honor of individuals and/or events. A special notecard adn message of your choosing will be sent on behalf of Groves Academy to whom the gift is designated.

You can also name Groves as a charitable beneficiary of a Charitable Remainder Trust that pays lifetime income to you or a loved one. Assets such as IRAs, 401(k)s and life insurance may also be donated by naming Groves Academy through the beneficiary designation of the contract.
